Our Process For Getting You Organized

CONSULTATION
Schedule your no-obligation, complimentary consultation to start your organizing journey. After we discuss the details of your project, your customized proposal will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
Once you are ready to book, you’ll sign our Service Agreement, place your deposit, and we’ll begin to plan all the details for your project.
2.
PLANNING
A member of our team will check in with you on project details, including style preference, product budget, and scheduling timeline.
The day before your session, we’ll will touch base to confirm timing and day-of information.
3.
ORGANIZING
The Lead Organizer assigned to your project will facilitate and lead the team during the organizing session(s). Once all of the sorting, purging, organizing, labeling, and finessing, our team will walk you through your newly sorted and styled spaces and share tips on how you can maintain them.
4.
POST SESSION
During the evening of your final organizing session, our team will reach out to ensure the project went smoothly and send your final invoice.

The VALUE Of The Investment

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATIONS, ALWAYS
Our consultations are always free of charge and without obligation. This time allows us to get to know you, understand your goals, walk through your space, and identify the areas that may be contributing to stress or inefficiency.
With these insights, we create tailored solutions that enhance both your environment and the way you live within it.
Our services begin at $80/hour for a Lead Organizer and $40/hour per assistant organizer, along with a 10% project management fee. This fee covers the signature concierge support we provide, including personalized planning, curated product selections, seamless communication, and attentive follow‑up, ensuring your project feels taken care of from beginning to end.
The Details
To ensure optimal results with your project, we have a 5-hour session minimum. Our pricing is tailored to each project's unique requirements, utilizing one or more organizers per project, depending on the project's scope. Our project management fee covers all planning, sourcing, and procurement of organizing materials.
The materials themselves are invoiced to you at their direct cost, with no markup.
Additional travel fees may apply for projects located more than 25 miles from Pope High School.
